Did you notice our ads, PR, or events ?
Please let us know. As our ads appear during the
implementation of our
2004
marketing plan, we will list them here to identify our current choices
of media placements and timing. The tables below will highlight the
current participants, who will also be featured in special pages designed to
accompany each media selection (specific magazine, website, etc.).
Ads will follow a consistent design across all similar
media (like brand campaigns), but highlight different participants
according to their media placement preferences.
Our 2004 ads
will not resemble our simple 2003 ads, which were aimed at a very different
audience through other media for our business launch purposes. They
served that purpose, but our 2004 campaign now has very different objectives
to reinforce our direct contact and relationship development work among
executives and make it very easy for executives to respond directly to the
participants in this service, or to find and respond indirectly to any of
the participants in this advertising, PR, and event work through this
website or our personal contact and referral work.
For example, an area may want to participate in 10 of 30
placements during the year, perhaps concentrating on 3 or 4 media out of 10
in the overall campaign, based upon their own marketing strategy and
resources. They can benefit from responses to the entire campaign,
however, rather than just the placements in which they appear.
The above example doesn't reflect our actual media plan
for cooperative ads in 2004, which will (as the name suggests) be developed
in cooperation with the participants. The same process applies for
other types of PR or event work we may undertake. |
Area Representatives :
Direct response process for our ads Our cooperative ads (as
opposed to any which exclusively promote GDI Solutions) will enable readers
to respond directly to all the participating organizations for that
placement by website, telephone, or email in addition to a very simple
response process through this website for any participants in the entire
2004 campaign. They can also call us in confidence to discuss their
needs so that we can offer helpful suggestions and appropriate referrals
according to their preferences.
For example, a special page will highlight all of the
participants in each media placement so that we can track direct ad
responses (users going directly to that special page) to help us assess
effectiveness of that media for our purposes.
This also means participants can track statistics as usual
for the flow of direct links to their websites through ours, in addition to
whatever direct enquiries they may receive from the ads. That can
include special website links in our ads or website to special pages on your
website to distinguish responses from other enquiries.
Example : www.yourwebsite.com/gdi.htm
might be a special page designed to handle direct responses which originate
through our advertisements or any other links from our website, so that you
can track link statistics from our work. We do not use cookies or
other technology to track who uses our website. Since we don't
sell advertising, we generally don't focus on website "hit rates".
Instead, our focus is on the flow of serious enquiries and referrals which
result in successful projects. |
| Explanation of this section The main focus of our work,
as explained separately, is to develop relationships with top executives and
their advisors through personal contact work, and refer them to the
information resources and professionals who can help them with their plans.
To achieve that objective, however, we also plan to
complement our direct contact work with general marketing and networking
activities, including advertising, PR work, special events, and other
channels to reach more of the executives we can serve.
This section will highlight economic development
organizations and professional services providers which have chosen to
participate in such marketing activities to quickly reach more executives
together who may value their capabilities.
We welcome suggestions to improve the effectiveness of this marketing
investment at efficiently reaching more top executives who could take
advantage of these services.
|
Other resources which may be of interest to executives There are also
other pages on this website where you can find :
|
|
We also
welcome new participants in this service, which we can explain
personally to any area representatives or professional service providers who
may be interested.
There is also a separate section to highlight the
advertising of organizations which may not participate in our own
advertising, PR, and event work for 2004, but which have chosen to highlight
their own separate advertising (whether in print
or online) or event participation as an
inexpensive "ad recall" response service to help executives and advisors
find advertisers quickly and easily whenever their services are needed.
Note that unlike database directories and query tools on
other websites to look up listings, which Internet search engines cannot
easily find, this page and other lists on this website have been designed to
be easier for search engines to find and index. |
