Although there was a show directory service for

on their website, it would have been quite tedious for attendees to develop
a simple list like this of all the economic development exhibitors because
they were categorized in very inconsistent ways. |

incentives, typically for companies with over 100 employees up to hundreds
of millions of dollars in revenues. The management team includes very
experienced tax specialists from all Big Four public accounting firms. |
Many executives may not yet realize the very large cost
savings which can be achieved now through these research and development tax
credits. The eligibility criteria have changed so that more types of
costs qualify for this incentive program, and the tax savings can be both retroactive and carry
forward.
Potential savings may be overlooked by tax advisors who
don't specialize in such work. This advisory work does not conflict
with "attest" services by auditors, because alliantgroup is not a public
accounting firm.
The savings often range from several hundred thousand to millions of dollars

to gather promotional information from many participating areas to support
business location decisions by any NAM members who request such help. |
This is
similar to the reader service form processes for development magazines,
except that they gather basic information from current sponsors anonymously
and organize it into a notebook for members, instead of distributing the
enquiry to all current advertisers in the areas of interest. |
This is not
the same thing as professional
site selection
consulting services. They also may not have contacts in all areas
of interest, just as any help from development magazines is limited to
referrals to current advertisers or reference to their website for articles
and advertiser directories. |
The service is
also limited exclusively to participating US locations, with no services to
support investment in other countries because of the nature of NAM as a
lobbying organization for US manufacturers, even though their members
compete globally.
