These maps of Flathead County in western Montana and the Kalispell area near Glacier National Park are provided for the convenience of executives and their advisors who may be unfamiliar with the area for business location selection purposes, such as site selection for capital investment projects.  It is roughly 125 miles drive north of Missoula, which is on I-90.

The area is perhaps best known as a beautiful tourism destination of national and state parks and forests, with stunning mountains and lakes for many recreational activities.  It has been a fast growing area, with around 150,000 people and modern telecoms infrastructure such as fiber to the home for telecommuting by executives who prefer to enjoy the lifestyle of this area.

Many US and international tourists just see a small part of this area via US-2 or US-93 along Flathead Lake en route through Kalispell and Columbia Falls, MT to the west entrance of Glacier National Park and the Going to the Sun Highway to Logan Pass and up to Alberta, Canada.

 

The Glacier Park International Airport serves the area, as do local airports for small planes.

US-93 leads up to British Columbia and Highway 93 to connect with Canada Highway 3 around 100 miles away, and farther north into Kootenay National Park and Banff National Park, which is roughly a 300 mile drive away.
