John R. DiNapoli represents clients (real estate
professionals, site consultants and corporations) and performs a wide range
of services ranging from site selection, confidential and personal real
estate tours to detailed customized tax comparison reports.
A New Hampshire native, John has been a licensed real
estate professional since 1986 and is a REALTOR. John has participated in
numerous transactions involving office sales & leasing, as well as transfers
of large commercial and industrial facilities.
John is a Director of Plan NH (
www.plannh.com ). He’s a past Director
of the NH Biotechnology Council. He joined the state’s economic development
team in March of 1999. He spearheaded the development of the state’s
Internet based real estate database known as NEDDS in 2000. (See New

Professional Affiliations and Events
In 1997, he was recognized as the NH Commercial Investment
Board of REALTORS (NH CIBOR -
www.nhcibor.com ), “REALTOR of the Year”. John remains an active
member and Director. He’s the immediate Past President (2005). Under his
leadership membership grew 16% to 540.
John has held the Chairman position for many years on the
following committees: Affiliate; Statewide Marketing Sessions; REALTOR of
the Year; Affiliate of the Year, and Special Events. John received the
Presidents Award (December 2002) for his “outstanding contributions to the
CIBOR membership”.
John has received the “highest individual point award” for
a CIBOR Member from the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS Honor Society
in 2003 & 2004. John was selected to the 2006 National Association of
REALTORS Research Committee. John is Secretary of the New Hampshire Economic
Development Association (NHEDA) Board of Directors. He has held that
position from 2003. He’s also the Sponsorship Chairman.

Personal
John and his wife Joy currently reside in the city of
Manchester, New Hampshire with their three children (triplets), Nathan, Kate
and Heather who will turn 17-years old in May of 2006.
