Stephen Heavener was Executive Director of Green River Futures from April 2004 through October 2007 after prior experience from 1994-2003 as Executive Director of the Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority in Virginia, and from 1990-1994 at the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council in Lewiston, Maine.
