Dave is a Managing Director of the New York Office and has
over 13 years of experience working with small, mid-sized and Fortune 500
companies providing tax, accounting and mergers & acquisitions consulting
services. The specialty of alliantgroup is to lower
the federal and state tax burden for companies through R&D tax credits and
incentives. These cost savings include retroactive credits which can
improve the bottom line within months. They also provide other tax
advisory and compliance services as independent advisors, without the
perceived conflicts of interest of auditors or tax specialists who perform
"attest" work for financial reports. Prior Experience
Prior to joining alliantgroup, Dave was a senior tax manager
at Deloitte & Touche in New York. As a member of
Deloitte & Touche's national tax consulting group, he was responsible for
providing professional tax advisory services to prominent clients around the
country for this "Big Four" public accounting and tax consulting firm.
Prior experience includes work at Price Waterhouse - now
PricewaterhouseCoopers - and Arthur Andersen.

Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) licensed in New York and
Massachusetts.
Former chairman of the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Committee
for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, of which he
is a member.
Member, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (

Masters in Taxation from Bentley College, graduating with
high distinction,
BS in accounting from Fairfield University.
