Texarkana MSA region, located in northeast Texas near the border with
Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana along Interstate I-30 between Dallas and
Little Rock.
It offers a new 75,000 sq ft industrial building, a 140
acre site, a 31 acre site and other sites and buildings, and is both a
Foreign-Trade Zone and Texas Enterprise Zone, offering various incentives as
a former military base location. |
