| Please respond
to our Executive Survey or
GUIDE
Network Survey (for areas), both of which help us to improve our
services. If you provide us with your contact information
in any other feedback, we will be able to reach
you in case we have any questions. For the fastest response, please e-mail or call us. We will respect requests
for confidentiality about referrals or any other feedback we receive, but please
let us know if your interests are confidential in nature so that we can
handle them appropriately.
We welcome
reciprocal links from relevant organizations to this website.

Please tell us by e-mail what you think
about our web site, company, and products such as GUIDE or SICR, or
the services which we provide to the three networks of active participants
and other contacts. As a new business, we welcome specific suggestions
for improvement, and in particular any additional ways in which we can
better serve our participants.
If you like what you see, please consider
becoming a more active participant so that we will have additional resources
to grow and improve our services. Please also let other people know about our work
and this website.
As explained in the "Referrals" section, we also welcome referrals to
specific contacts or information sources which other participants might find to
be helpful. That includes information about active
Projects,
Participants or other selective contacts,
or "The Market" for global direct investment in
general, as well as information which might be of "Special
Interest" to participants in our services.
Please keep in mind that we are not a publisher or association, and we only include
information in this website on a very selective basis as a service to
executives and other participants in our services.
We organize additional market knowledge through unpublished
research and feedback, but our focus is to know enough to perform our work well
and make relevant
introductions, rather than attempt to become expert advisors on the details of
all potential direct investment planning issues and alternatives on a global
basis. Like retailers, we try to keep good products "on the shelf", but we
don't try to produce it all ourselves, and we may not notice that there is a
problem until a customer alerts us.
If you notice any necessary corrections to content of this website, or have
suggestions for improvement of the website or our services, please let us know.
We strive for continuous improvement of the value of our services to
participants.
It is obviously a complex task to keep so much information current, and we
actually maintain or know where to find far more information than is presented
on this website because of the proprietary and confidential nature of the more
complete knowledgebase which is required to professionally support all of the
participants in our services.
We therefore appreciate your patience with any necessary corrections.

If you find helpful content elsewhere which you think we should share with
executives and their advisors, please tell us where to find it. If you are responsible for a website to which we already offer a link, and
do not wish to have such a link, please just let us know and we will remove it
in our next update. The same is true of any contact details, such as
names, phone numbers and e-mail links.
Area Representatives are encouraged to use the
GUIDE Network Survey (free) as a
simple process to update our knowledge of local investment conditions and contacts,
whether or not their
areas choose to become more
active participants in our
services. Since there are literally many thousands of economic development
organizations, this simple process provides an effective and efficient way to
keep us informed, but we do not publish Survey responses through this site.
Areas are free to publish their own Survey responses, and we can establish
mutual website links.
As you can see in the
Participant tables, we already know where to find information quickly
through many websites, publications, and contacts, so we do not need to receive
routine e-mail broadcasts with massive presentations or pictures attached about every local development, nor
many glossy promotional materials by mail. Please don't send such
materials unless we request them because of work we are doing.
We mainly need to know how to
reach the right contacts when appropriate. If you want us to know more about your area or
services, please become a more active participant by investing in our
services such as SICR and
GUIDE , even if just for the
GUIDE Area Profile.
The SICR and GUIDE services enable us to invest the necessary time
and effort to maintain a closer working relationship and better
knowledge of your capabilities. We are already inundated with e-mail and a
mailbox full
of glossy promotional
mailings every week. Please, don't "spam" us, and save a tree! As
you can see, we have a well-structured process in place to reach you at any
time when it may be appropriate, and to share knowledge effectively.
We have tried to make it easy to work with us, or any participants who we
may serve now or in the future, whether directly or through this website.
Please help us to help you by participating actively in our services. |
