Our project referrals are driven by the needs and preferences of
corporate executives. We openly share local market knowledge and
contacts to make it easy for executives and their advisors to explore their
alternatives.
A closer working relationship as an active
participant in our work makes it easier for us to know when such introductions
may be appropriate to investor needs, and to have the resources necessary to serve more such investors.
In short, better knowledge and closer working relationships facilitate a
more effective independent referral process. More resources enable us
to reach more potential investors, and make more referrals. it's that
simple.
In this context, some very basic services, such as
participation in the GUIDE Network Survey process, are free to help keep us informed in a consistent and structured
manner so that we can maintain timely contacts and very
basic information about thousands of potential business locations.

Professional Service Providers
- how to participate
Participation among professional service providers is generally on an invitation-only
basis according to our experience working with such
organizations on major projects, or our direct knowledge of their capabilities
through research or feedback from executives.
We can work with direct competitors as an independent service, just as you
probably serve competing clients in your own professional specialty.
We welcome enquiries about participation, since we are always looking for
more valuable services to assist corporate executives, but we enter into
contracts to support our relationship development work through
the SICR services on a very selective basis.
Just as area representatives can receive referrals without being active
participants, the same it true of professional services, if we know your
capabilities to meet the needs of investors. We will obviously be far
more familiar with the capabilities of the active participants because we
maintain working relationships with them, which we disclose.
In that context, we can perform GUIDE Service Profile work to become more
familiar with a service provider, and to summarize the relevant capabilities
on this website, even when we may both choose not to enter into a larger
agreement such as participation in SICR work.
