| Unsolicited referrals If you are aware
of any corporate executives who you think could benefit from our services,
please:
- Introduce them to this website, so that they can become familiar
with the scope of what we do, and how they might benefit
- Encourage them to contact us directly by phone or e-mail
- Tell us if you think we should contact them first
- and whether we can identify you as the source of the referral
- or whether you prefer that we approach them "cold"
This is not limited to executives within your own area. For
example, you may identify executives who have some potential future interest
in your area, but need help at the moment with project interests beyond your
service area. |
Project Follow-up Research
We also
welcome introductions to recent major investors in your area, even if there
is no expectation that the executives involved will play a direct role in
any future investment project decisions anywhere else.
This helps us to better understand market trends and issues such as how
competing areas are perceived by investors, or how actual investment
decisions were reached, and which factors were decisive in practice.
That knowledge can help us to better support other investors.
Of course, we also welcome referrals from local executives, such as
feedback to identify valuable service providers, or to suggest contacts in
other parts of their organization for future projects elsewhere. |
| Follow-up to Referrals By You to GDI Solutions
Just as we appreciate feedback about the outcome of project referrals which
are made to your organization, we will generally try to provide feedback
about the outcome of referrals which you may have given to us. This is
not always possible, and the scope of information which we can share may be
limited by the executives involved, particularly during the period before
any official project announcement is made.
In some cases, we may even remain under confidentiality constraints after
a project is announced, but we will generally try to provide
non-confidential feedback. After all, the investor will generally be
aware that you made the introduction and may have some future interest in
your area, and may therefore be willing to allow some relevant information
to be shared so that you can be well-prepared for any appropriate follow-up
contacts. The investor may, however, choose to provide any such
feedback directly. |
