| Referrals from Area Representatives through
GDI Solutions This table illustrates situations in which area
representatives are encouraged to suggest referrals to GDI Solutions among
their contacts in any of the three networks.
The links (subtitles) explain the suggested process for making such
referrals.

To Corporate Executives
Example: You may become aware of an executive who is planning a project.
This may be a company already operating within your area, or one which has
been contacted through your own promotional efforts. Your area may not
be under consideration for the current project, but to be helpful to the
executive, you would like to make it easier for the executive to be
introduced to relevant professional service providers or area
representatives.
If many area representatives choose to do this, then the flow of
introductions can obviously grow faster and become more valuable for
everyone involved. |
| To Professional Service Providers
Example: You may be familiar with the work of service providers for
investors within your area, or through your own networks of professional
contacts. We may not yet have been introduced, or may not be aware of
specific examples of the scope of their capabilities and value of their work
among investors.
Since you may know of their work through projects in your area, including
the outcome of their services from the investor perspective, you may be in a
unique position to suggest well-qualified introductions (or to alert us to
problems, such as services which didn't meet investor expectations).
You may also have been a client of a service provider, such as a
consultant, marketing support service, etc. Other area representatives
may be looking for professionals with such capabilities, and feedback about
"lessons learned' or "proven solutions" which might be helpful in their own
areas. |
To Other Area Representatives
Example: You may collaborate with other organizations which provide services
to investors within your area, or within a larger area. You may also
may have professional contacts in unrelated areas which are not aware of GDI
Solutions, and might wish to participate.
As more areas choose to participate, the resources available to support
the development of valuable introductions will grow.
Specifically, if more organizations participate in the GUIDE services,
then more timely and useful, comparable information can be made readily
available "off the shelf" (or websites!) to help investors.
If more participate in the SICR services, then we can maintain a larger
relationship development program to proactively reach more investors. |
