We prefer not to openly
disclose details of our business development work or
2004 business plan. Talk to us directly if interested in our
SICR work. At the time of launch of this business we had
already identified many project leads, some of which may prove to
be good prospects for professional services in the US. All of these
still require further qualification work. Our work to
develop relationships and qualified introductions will not always be highly
visible, since most of this work is done privately and confidentially
through direct contact with executives, but the
flow of opportunities should increase rapidly with active support by a
growing number of participants. Watch the
News section for updates about the progress of our work, but
remember that much of our work with executives must remain
confidential. |
| SICR is a unique service to support
corporate development interests anywhere in the world. We are not
pushing any single service provider or area at executives like a salesman. Instead, we are
learning what they need, and then applying our knowledge and contacts in
this market to introduce people with the relevant capabilities to address their

We will do many things to reach such executives over the years
ahead, which is why investment in the SICR process by participating area
representatives and professional service providers is so important.
We need the financial resources to make many executives aware of our
services, and to do the hard work to focus on developing ongoing working
relationships among a select group of "key accounts".
Since this business involves personal relationships, we need to have the
resources to hire additional highly qualified professionals to do the work
as relationship leaders in key markets. |
After investing two years of
research and personal contact work to build up our relationships among many
leading economic development organizations and professional service
providers, we have launched our 2004 work developing corporate executive relationships and support major project plans
worldwide. This is the
third network
in our logo. As our Biographic Profiles
confirm, we already know how to do this.
The point, however, is that our work among companies is just starting now
in 2004. after the previous two years focused on putting the knowledge
infrastructure in place to support them, such as through the design of our
services and website, including the research and contact network behind it
by developing our first two networks - service providers and areas. The
real business development work of SICR is ramping up now, and will grow
faster with active participation so that we can hire additional
professionals and serve far more executives and the other participants in
our services well. If you think about the total cost of even a single,
highly qualified professional to develop "C-level" relationship, you will
see that the SICR fee structure outlined in the
Order Form
reflects only a fraction of the cost of one person, and has been set up to
share costs fairly according to expected results. |
